A close friend of mine is debating whether to introduce more automated process into his company by utilizing Information Technology. We had this conversation not too long ago on the phone. With the quick turnaround time, he can in fact build a few custom solutions to test out the effectiveness & even perform what if analysis based on his business model & plan. This gives him greater flexibilities for him to re-organize & experiment with new & different ideas.
